Rob Leight | Worship Pastor, Elder

Rob Leight serves as Worship Pastor and Elder at LifeHouse, where he loves investing in the worship team and helping others understand that worship is about more than what happens on stage—it’s about serving the Lord and His church with integrity and giving our very best for His glory.

Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Rob is married to his wife, Stephanie, and together they have five children: Grace, Ella, Autumn, Jude, and Mali. Before coming to LifeHouse, Rob and Stephanie spent nearly 20 years traveling and singing with various Christian ministry groups.

Rob surrendered his life to Christ at 12 years old after a youth director challenged him to consider whether his walk truly reflected his faith. Today, he continues to be reminded of his daily need for God and the incredible depth of the Father’s love.

When he’s not at LifeHouse, you’ll find Rob working in the yard, listening to music, or enjoying anything related to audio, video, and lighting. And one thing you might not guess? He’s parachuted out of an airplane at 14,000 feet!
