Monique Dempsey I Director of LifeHouse Early Childhood Center

Monique Dempsey serves as Director of LifeHouse Early Childhood Center, where she loves welcoming new families, working alongside other Christian women, and creating an environment where children are loved, cared for, and introduced to the love of Jesus.

Monique grew up attending church and always believed in Jesus, but says that for many years she knew about Jesus without truly knowing Him. In 2018, during a difficult season as a new mom, she found herself crying out to God. Just days later, a job opening for a brand-new Christian childcare center appeared in her search. That center was LECC. Monique followed the prompting to apply, and during her interview at LifeHouse, she made the decision to surrender her life to Jesus. She has been part of the LifeHouse family ever since.

Monique married her high school sweetheart in 2018, and they have two children, Kevin and Mallory. She loves baking, spending time with family, and being at her happy place—the beach.

She also loves running! After placing first in her age group at her first 5K, she has her sights set on a 10K next.
