Mark Lashey | Lead Pastor, Elder

Pastor Mark has had the privilege of serving as Lead Pastor of LifeHouse Church for nearly 15 years. LifeHouse began as a Bible study in Mark and his wife Tammy’s home in 2010, with a prayer and vision to plant a church. Today, he continues to faithfully pursue that calling through preaching God’s Word, shepherding His people, and making disciples.

Mark has been married to his wife and best friend, Tammy, for 29 years. Together they have three children—Abby, Hudson, and Sophie—and two grandchildren, Elliot and Sutton.

Mark came to genuine faith in Jesus as a college sophomore, and more than 30 years later, he remains amazed by God’s grace and faithfulness. His prayer is that everyone who comes to LifeHouse would feel genuinely loved, encounter the life-changing hope of Jesus, and discover the abundant life found only in Him.

When he’s not at LifeHouse, you’ll likely find Mark working on Fig Tree Farm, enjoying the outdoors, exercising, or reaching for Haribo gummy bears and dark chocolate.
