Conner Kondracki I GenNow Boys’ Director

Conner Kondracki serves as the GenNow Boys’ Director at LifeHouse, where he works alongside our Student Ministry team to help students know, love, and follow Jesus. One of his greatest joys is watching students come to life in Christ, grow to become more like Him, and discover how God can use their gifts to serve His Kingdom.

Conner came to know Jesus at about seven years old and grew up as a pastor’s kid with a front-row seat to ministry—which, ironically, convinced him that ministry was definitely not going to be his career! But God had other plans. A passion for reaching students continued to grow, and during his time at Liberty University, Conner finally surrendered to God’s call to vocational student ministry.

Conner and his wife are entering an exciting new season as they grow their family and step into parenthood together.

One verse that has followed Conner since childhood is Nahum 1:7: “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.” What started as a unique verse choice as a kid has become a constant reminder of God’s goodness, care, and faithfulness throughout his life.

And something Conner would probably prefer we didn’t tell you? He was once in a high school boy band called Wrong Direction. Please ask him about it.
